'You can't hold it against him' - George on Farrell move

England captain Jamie George says he understands his predecessor Owen Farrell's decision to move to Racing 92 but says the "rules are very clear" when it comes to the Rugby Football Union not allowing players based abroad to be selected for England.

The French side have said the fly-half will join on a two-year deal starting on 1 July.
