Toney not picked on footballing grounds - FA chief

Football Association chief executive Mark Bullingham says Brentford striker Ivan Toney was not selected for England's World Cup squad for footballing reasons.

The uncapped 26-year-old has been charged by the FA with 232 alleged breaches of betting rules.
