Katherine Rednall will face Scotland's Julie Forrest as the Englishwoman eyes a record-stretching sixth World Indoor Bowls title in Thursday's final.

Rednall came through a tough semi-final against compatriot Nicole Rogers before winning 7-5 4-8 2-0 at Potter's Resort in Norfolk.

Forrest was always on top as she eased aside Wales' Ceri Ann Glen 9-5 10-7.

The final will be shown live on BBC Two and streamed on the BBC Sport website from 13:00 GMT.

Forrest, who won the second of her singles titles in 2020, goes into the match seeking a title double after winning the mixed pairs on Tuesday along with England's Nick Brett following a 12-2 8-9 2-0 defeat of Glen and Scotland's Stewart Anderson.

Darren Burnett had joined Anderson in taking the men's pairs title on Monday, beating Paul Foster and Jason Banks 8-5 11-5 in an all-Scottish final.

Two-time singles champion Anderson has followed that by reaching this season's quarter-finals with a 10-4 11-2 win over England's Jon Wilson.

England's Harry Goodwin had been the first to reach the last eight with an 8-7 4-7 2-0 win over Scotland's 1996 world champion, David Gourlay.

The 2020 champion, Robert Paxton of England, beat Scotland's Darren Weir 10-3 8-11 2-0, while Les Gillett won the battle of two former champions as he defeated fellow Englishman Mervyn King 8-7 9-8.

Holder Jamie Walker is also through after the Englishman defeated Banks 7-6 7-5.
