What a chump, no one should retire from international teams. Should be ashamed of himself

Sad end to a promising career. He was one of the best in world for a few years back with Chelsea.

He recently admitted that he always comes back from pre-season overweight and will never change, because he likes having 3 or 4 weeks to do what he wants.
His unprofessionalism has caught up with him as he is older and the injury Meunier inflicted on him never helped either.

He probably regrets leaving Chelsea. World class player. Good luck to him.

Didn't he fully retire several years ago when he joined Real Madrid?

Better for him to announce it rather than the new national team manager.

I’m not surprised. The Belgians were booing him and thumbs down when he came on. Very very sad. Good luck Eden 👍👍👍
